Refund policy

At Estyloo, we want you to receive your products in proper working condition. Please review the following return and refund terms before placing your order.

• We offer a 1-day checking warranty on our products. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, customers may request an exchange within 1 day of delivery.
• Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, along with clear pictures and a short video showing the problem.
• Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be considered when the issue is reported within the 1-day period. For a return, the customer must send the product back to the return address mentioned on the package slip within 7 days.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours to the bank account provided by the customer.
• For orders that received free delivery, Rs. 300 will be deducted from the refund as a one-way delivery charge.
• Product colors may vary slightly from what is shown online. Unless an additional amount has been paid for a specific color, color variation will not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, even within the 1-day period.
• Please do not place tape, stickers, or any other adhesive directly on the manufacturer's box or packaging. The original packaging must be kept in good condition if you wish to request a return or exchange.
• Products returned in an incomplete, damaged, used, or otherwise unacceptable condition during the 1-day return period may be refused, and we reserve the right to send the product back to the customer.
• All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

The 1-day period starts from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for reporting any eligible issue within this timeframe and following the return instructions provided by Estyloo.
